Pink Lady wltm female friendly musical

Yet another musical and motoring related post…it must be that time of year and certainly there seem to be more female friendly musicals on the go!

London’s Piccadilly Theatre is showing the 1950′s cult Americana musical, Grease, which has been choreographed by Arlene Phillips (hasn’t she handled her Strictly dancing departure with great dignity – could be another post coming up…).

I have just read (in The Grocer, believe it or not) that Grease has just approved a female friendly business deal with the apple people, Pink Lady.

Not one I’d have instantly thought of (or imagined they’d have had the budget if I’m honest) but of course it works brilliantly.

High profile PR competitions in the media to allow consumers, mainly women I’d suggest, to win show tickets, theatre breaks and backstage passes.

Not only that but the girl clique Pink Ladies from the show will sing in a number of locations to help promote the apple brand.

Sounds fun, wholesome, a good female friendly link and I suppose the men get it too, because of the wonderful 50′s cars in the film.
