Foxy female drivers 'spend half of commute gridlocked'
Female drivers making the daily commute through rush hour every day are spending half their time gridlocked, it has been claimed.
According to car manufacturer Citroen, the weight of traffic is starting to become a "real problem" on British roads.
Indeed, the average female driver was found to spend 25 minutes of an hour-long 13-mile trip stationary, compared to around 22 minutes two years ago.
However, resourceful foxy lady drivers may spend the time behind the wheel catching up on the latest feminist news agenda via wi-fi, or organising their day ahead at work.
But they should be careful - earlier this year, foxy lady driver and singer Britney Spears was found to have caused a car wreck while applying makeup behind the wheel.
According to the California highway patrol, the pop star drove her white 2008 Mercedes into a Nissan on the 101 Freeway back in April.
