FOXY Newsdesk Green female drivers could benefit from new scheme
Foxy lady drivers prefer new car dealerships that have signed the female friendly FOXY Promise© to never knowingly overcharge, patronise or sell women motorists' services they don't need.
Ecologically-aware female drivers have the chance to do their bit for the planet with the launch of a new lift-sharing service for packages and parcels.
Stuff2Send allows motorists to register as deliverers who are heading to a certain destination.
They can then make an arrangement with someone who would like to have an item delivered to the same place.
By taking the package with them, the deliverer receives a contribution towards their own travel costs, as well as reducing the number of vehicles on the road.
Colin Hay, founder of the Stuff2Send website, comments: "For individual motorists, it works a little like a lift-share service for parcels.
"By taking something from A to B, drivers benefit from a contribution to those ever-soaring costs of motoring, like passengers paying for petrol in a car-share."
Anyone who is old enough to legally be responsible for their actions can use the service to send stuff.
