Kia Magentis 'really quite good'
The Kia Magentis is "really quite a good car" for the price and functionality, a used car expert has said.
Jason Dawe's weekly column in the Times recently included a review of the motor as a second-hand option for men and women drivers who are looking to get value for money.
While it is "soulless", it is cheap and the example of a vehicle more people are likely to drive in the future, he said.
Motorists who place more importance on space and reliability than brand names and prestige may find this a good buy because a three-year-old model could be as little as £5,000, Mr Dawe added.
"It may be bland, but in the same way that Tupperware never seems to wear out, you get the feeling Magentis trim could outlive its owner."
Other Kia models currently on forecourts at the moment include the Soul and the cee'd. Pictures of a new version of the latter were recently unveiled ahead of its debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show later this year.
