Mazda voted top by male and female drivers for customer satisfaction
Male and female drivers have voted Mazda as the latest automotive company to be named the best for customer satisfaction.
Carried out twice a year by the Institute of Customer Service, the poll involves 25,000 adults and asks them questions about what consumers really want.
These include if they are treated as a valued customer, whether the staff are competent and helpful, and if the service is fast enough.
Mazda scored 86 out of 100, which was ten points above the average for the motoring industry.
According to the manufacturer, it outperformed all popular and prestigious marques.
"This survey result is a strong testament to the ability of Mazda dealers ... to focus on what UK motorists really want and deliver a professional service with a smile," remarked aftersales director at Mazda UK Steve Jelliss.
Earlier this week, a Mazda dealership in Essex was recognised for its success.
Amarjit Shjokhar, principal of the business in Romford, accepted the Motor Trader Principal of the Year award.
