New Chevrolet may spark interest of female motorists
Foxy lady drivers prefer new car dealerships that have signed the female friendly FOXY Promise© to never knowingly overcharge, patronise or sell women motorists' services they don't need.
Women drivers who will be looking to replace their current car in about a year's time may be impressed by a new model from Chevrolet.
The Spark is due to go into production towards the end of 2009 and enter the mini car market in the UK early in 2010.
According to the manufacturer, the model has a fresh and youthful appearance which is reflected in the choice of colours and materials.
Chevrolet claimed its mission to break with tradition with the new car is demonstrated by the show version's pearlescent green paintwork.
Commenting on the vehicle, General Motors North American president Troy Clarke said: "The Spark will add great style, roominess and versatility to the segment of extremely fuel-efficient small cars."
Meanwhile, despite the economic downturn, Chevrolet recently revealed it had enjoyed its best sales ever in the UK during 2008, with 18,372 units shifted.
The manufacturer also announced it had seen its market share in the country rise from 0.76 per cent in 2007 to 0.86 per cent last year.
