Sylvia is retired and was widowed some time ago. She runs a Mercedes automatic, drives daily and organises her servicing and maintenance with a friendly local garage for convenience. Just in case, she takes her mobile phone with her on all car journeys and uses email to keep in touch with her far-flung family. She enjoys two main holidays a year, has a busy social life and likes a good bargain. Whilst she thinks she has a good garage and a competitive insurance policy, she's keen to do better if she can.
