Club members will have noticed a growing number of FOXY Lady Approved garages have Protyre in their business name or are badged as Team Protyre with that distinctive branding and logo.
In addition to being tyre experts, Protyre centres also carry out MOT’s, car servicing and mechanical repairs for our members.
A tyre centre first for women
After FOXY established its garage standards in 2008, Protyre was the first independently owned UK garage group to meet our standards and decide to join us. FOXY approval was seen as a badge of quality and the female standard they were determined to benchmark and exceed, ahead of others.
Back then Protyre was the only garage group to operate to the OFT’s new Service and Repair Code of Practice scheme. Fast forward to 2018, Protyre is still part of this scheme which is now operated by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI) and run by The Motor Ombudsman.

All Protyre centres have signed the FOXY Promise so women can be confident of not being overcharged, patronised or sold services they don’t need. In the event of any criticism made, no matter how small, women can tell FOXY and we’ll pass this on to Protyre HQ for their information and action, where need be.

The Micheldever Group

If your Protyre garage doesn’t have the tyres you want in stock, Protyre garages can get them delivered the same or the next day, depending on the timing of your request.
