Vans for women

Vans for women

Why is it that vans are still seen primarily as a male preserve when so many women use them to run their own businesses today?

I know many florists, mobile caterers, garden designers, courier services and children’s party organisers who all need and rely on vans to do their jobs.

And whilst vans clearly aren’t designed to be head-turners, when it comes to practicality, surely we all know to put size, affordability, ongoing economy and reliability at the top of our shopping list?

Van Review For Women

So when Erin needed help to move home, what better an opportunity for the REV team to compare the relative performance of a tech-savvy Ford Transit, the patriotic Vauxhall Vivaro or a trusted VW Transporter.

Each model with its strengths and weaknesses, the Transit was voted the one with the best storage space, the Vivaro’s driving position caters best for shorties (like many women drivers, not just Erin and me) and the Transporter is the tallest and widest of them all… for when size matters and you’re moving the likes of wardrobes or racing karts for that matter.

Here’s where to see and enjoy the latest REV review with Rachael Hogg, Erin Baker and Vicki Butler-Henderson test driving the VW, Ford and Vauxhall vans in question.
