A Staff Benefit with a Difference

A Staff Benefit with a Difference

As an employer you don’t have to pay tax on a staff benefit costing less than £50 per employee providing this isn’t a reward for their work performance or included in any contract between the employer and member of staff.

This means that the HMRC treats membership of FOXY Lady Drivers Club as a ‘trivial benefit’ – one which employers and employees do not need to pay tax or NI on.

What this motoring benefit includes

Membership of FOXY Lady Drivers Club is an annual benefit package for female staff and includes

+ Preferential rates for car insurance
+ Member only affinity car buying schemes
+ Regular money saving offers
VIP services* at female friendly approved garages & dealers
+ A friendly motoring helpdesk
+ Expert legal, claims and anxiety support
+ Monthly e-newsletters packed with news & female reviews.
PLUS a copy of the latest Official Highway Code for each individual.
*free car checks, member discounts and local ladies’ evenings.
